About the role
Talent 360 is seeking a full‑time, on‑site HR Generalist to join its New Cairo office. You will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and providing day‑to‑day operational support while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Administer medical and social insurance benefits.
- Provide operational support for recruitment, payroll, and personnel administration.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and internal HR regulations.
- Address employee queries and resolve workplace concerns.
- Support the design and execution of people‑first HR strategies to boost engagement and productivity.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience (up to 4 years).
- Business or related degree.
- Strong knowledge of HR labor law.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Hands‑on experience in recruitment, payroll, and personnel management.
