HR Generalist – Recruitment & People Strategy

About the role

Value Business Planning is seeking an HR Generalist to own the full recruitment cycle, develop performance management systems, and shape people strategy as the firm expands across Egypt and Saudi Arabia. This role offers direct partnership with the founder and the chance to influence how talent is attracted, developed, and retained in a fast‑growing consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: source, screen, interview, and onboard new hires.
• Design and operate performance management processes that drive accountability.
• Apply organizational behavior insights to boost employee engagement and team dynamics.
• Lead internal team‑building initiatives and social activities.
• Collaborate with the founder on people‑strategy decisions to support scaling.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of hands‑on HR experience, preferably in recruitment and performance management.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior and team development.
• People‑first mindset with excellent judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, multi‑tasking environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
