HR & Legal Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR & Legal Operations Specialist to lead and enhance our human‑resources and compliance functions at Burjline Builders. The role combines full‑cycle HR management with a strong focus on ensuring all employment practices align with Egyptian labour legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, contract renewals, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions and off‑boarding.
• Draft, review and maintain employment contracts, amendments, confidentiality agreements and other HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate personnel files and monitor attendance, leave, probation periods and contract expiries.
• Support payroll preparation by providing up‑to‑date employee and compensation data.
• Coordinate performance evaluations and probation reviews.
• Handle employee grievances, workplace issues and disciplinary matters confidentially.
• Advise management on HR policies, employee relations and legal implications of employment decisions.
• Ensure all HR practices comply with Egyptian Labour Law and keep the company informed of legislative changes.

Required profile

• University degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification.
• Proven professional experience in Egyptian labour/employment law.
• Solid background in HR operations, preferably in a construction or similar industry.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
