HR Manager

About the role

Hayah Pharma is looking for a passionate and experienced Human Resources professional to lead and inspire its workforce in Obour City, Cairo. This HR Manager will shape organizational culture, attract top talent, and foster an environment where employees can excel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote an inclusive workplace.
• Implement performance management systems and support employee development.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs ensuring fairness and compliance.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with Egyptian labor laws.
• Streamline HR operations using technology and best practices.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven leadership and strategic HR planning abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Cairo, Egypt.

Required skills

• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
