HR Manager – Lead People & Culture

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function for our New Cairo office. The role will shape the employee experience, drive recruitment, and ensure compliance with company policies in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding top talent.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution and retention initiatives.
• Provide strategic advice and day‑to‑day support to managers and staff on HR matters.
• Prepare and present HR reports, dashboards and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR professional, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of Egyptian labour law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, on‑site environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
