HR Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Paradise Inn Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all human‑resource functions for its historic luxury hotel in Alexandria. You will partner with department heads to ensure the right talent is recruited, developed and retained while maintaining a positive work environment aligned with hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for all hotel departments.
• Coordinate orientation, induction programs and workforce planning with department heads.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, handling concerns, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, grievances and investigations confidentially.
• Develop and deliver training programs focused on service excellence, compliance and leadership development.
• Support performance appraisals, employee development plans and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws, hotel policies and internal procedures; maintain accurate employee records, contracts and HR documentation.
• Oversee attendance, leave management and HR reporting.
• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures, advising senior management on best practices in the hospitality sector.
• Coordinate with finance/payroll teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and administer employee benefits and compensation structures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably within hotels or the broader hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse, shift‑based workforce.
