HR Manager - Talent Acquisition & People Operations

About the role

ArabyBrand, a full‑service digital marketing agency operating across Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, is seeking a hands‑on HR Manager to lead Talent Acquisition and People Operations. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, improve HR workflows and ensure the HR function runs independently with minimal executive oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the internal HR team.
• Own the full recruitment cycle for all departments and seniority levels.
• Design proactive sourcing and headhunting strategies for digital‑marketing and specialised roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, improve interview structures and hiring quality.
• Develop, update and enforce HR policies, SOPs, workflows and systems.
• Oversee onboarding, probation, performance management, employee relations and retention initiatives.
• Ensure accurate HR operations, documentation, payroll coordination and compliance with Egyptian labour law.
• Create HR dashboards and provide actionable people insights to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record managing and developing an HR team.
• Strong hands‑on recruitment, sourcing and headhunting experience, especially for hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Deep knowledge of Egyptian labour regulations and HR operations.
• Experience in a digital/marketing agency, technology company, startup or fast‑paced environment.
