HR Operations Specialist

About the role

The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting HR processes to ensure smooth operations, effective employee management, and accurate HR data tracking. This role is crucial in facilitating HR‑related tasks and delivering essential support to employees, departments, and external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR operations and help achieve overall HR and business goals.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver HR services.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data‑privacy regulations.
• Assist in monthly payroll by entering employee data and changes in SAP.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and prepare payroll reports.
• Facilitate onboarding of new hires, including document collection and orientation scheduling.
• Manage employee exits, process clearances, conduct exit interviews, and update SAP.
• Enter and maintain employee records, positions, and attendance data in SAP.
• Create and update organizational structures, positions, and hierarchies in SAP.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee files and support audits.
• Serve as primary contact for employee HR inquiries on policies, benefits, and processes.
• Prepare letters, manage employee benefits, and support HR projects.
• Handle expat legal paperwork, including work permits and residence cards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll and personnel management.
• Knowledge of labor law and experience in the health industry is a plus.
• High accuracy in data entry and record‑keeping.
• Strong multitasking, analytical and judgment skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with legal requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with SAP HR modules.
