HR Recruiter for Ladies‑Only Fitness Centers

About the role

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a chain of ladies‑only fitness centres in Nasr City, Egypt. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract, assess and onboard talent across both blue‑collar and white‑collar positions, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for a variety of roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and job specifications.
• Conduct sourcing activities using job boards, social media and networking to attract candidates.
• Handle recruitment for both operational (blue‑collar) and professional (white‑collar) positions.
• Track multiple vacancies simultaneously and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven recruitment experience.
• Demonstrated success hiring both blue‑collar and white‑collar employees.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several openings at once.
