HR Recruitment Intern

About the role
Talent Synk is looking for a motivated HR Recruitment Intern to join our fast‑growing team in Dokki, Giza. You will gain hands‑on experience in high‑volume recruitment for leading call‑center clients, learning the full hiring cycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Screen and shortlist candidates for various call‑center positions.
- Conduct initial interviews and communicate with potential hires.
- Support the recruiting team with scheduling, documentation, and candidate follow‑up.
- Assist in organizing and delivering training sessions for new recruits.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
Required profile
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Commitment to a minimum three‑month internship.
- Availability to work 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Monday‑Thursday.
- Strong communication and teamwork orientation.
