HR Site Coordinator

About the role

The HR Site Coordinator supports core Human Resources functions for small‑scale construction projects. This role handles employee onboarding, payroll inputs, attendance management, recruitment coordination, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees and casual workers, explaining attendance and working hour policies.
• Enroll all staff on the attendance and fingerprint system and ensure its proper operation.
• Generate and review attendance reports from SAP with the Project Manager to guarantee accuracy.
• Submit payroll deductions, variable payments, and other payroll inputs within required deadlines.
• Manage annual leave requests through the HR system and report policy violations.
• Obtain monthly approval of the project’s organizational structure from the Project Manager.
• Coordinate technical interviews, collect evaluation results, and support the recruitment process.
• Handle resignation paperwork, clearance documents, and arrange exit interviews with Head Office.
• Assist in collecting goal‑setting forms and performance appraisal documents.
• Calculate and prepare bi‑weekly payroll for casual workers.
• Recruit and onboard casual workers, collecting required documentation and uploading it to the HR system.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in the construction sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
