HR Specialist – Full Cycle HR (Egypt)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to lead the full HR cycle for our operations in Egypt. The role involves end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, selection and hiring.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll, attendance, overtime, leaves and deductions.
• Maintain personnel administration, including employee files, contracts and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
• Handle employee relations issues and resolve HR‑related conflicts.
• Administer employee benefits, leave management and end‑of‑service procedures.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports and liaise with internal departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 8–10 years of hands‑on HR experience, preferably in a fast‑paced or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
• Fluency in English and Arabic with excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of confidentiality, accuracy and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HRMS/ERP systems.
