About the role
We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team in Qalyub. The role focuses on managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to performance management, ensuring a smooth and compliant HR operation.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates, conduct interviews, manage the hiring process and facilitate onboarding.
- Administer payroll, benefits, attendance, HR records and HRIS systems while maintaining compliance.
- Assess employee and team performance, provide feedback and support managers during appraisals.
- Handle employee relations issues, address grievances and ensure adherence to labor laws.
- Assist in workforce planning, internal transfers and talent retention strategies.
Required profile
- Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
- Male candidates only.
