HR Specialist – Recruitment & Employee Relations

About the role

Rozabella Textile is seeking an HR Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment, support employee relations, and ensure HR compliance within its textile operations in 10th of Ramadan City, Cairo.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Address employee inquiries, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in line with company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist in developing, communicating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and coordinate payroll with the finance department.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations specific to the textile industry.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or textile environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels.
• Exceptional organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HRIS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
