HR Supervisor

About the role

Dawam Business Solutions is hiring an HR Supervisor in Borg El Arab. The role covers day-to-day HR administration, policy support, performance management and learning and development, working within a fast-moving consumer goods, food and beverages business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Design and manage L&D programs and use Oracle HR to track training metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of practical HR experience in an industrial environment.
• C1 level English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HR systems, labor laws, L&D and employee relations.
• Familiarity with Oracle HR.
