HR Supervisor – Talent Management

About the role

The HR Supervisor – Talent Management will lead talent acquisition, performance management and learning initiatives for the Al Fayyum site. You will ensure a seamless candidate experience, support managers in performance cycles and drive data‑based HR decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities: job posting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and conducting initial HR interviews.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future positions and keep recruitment databases up to date.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill and quality of hire, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Coordinate the performance appraisal cycle, guide managers and employees, and track performance improvement plans.
• Organise internal and external training programs, evaluate their effectiveness and report on learning outcomes.
• Generate and analyse HR reports on performance, turnover, talent readiness and development metrics to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with a focus on talent management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Preferably resident of Giza or Fayoum.
