HSE Officer – Entry Level (On-site)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated entry‑level HSE Officer to join our team in 6th of October, Giza. You will support the implementation of health, safety and environmental standards across construction and engineering projects, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures throughout all project phases.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments, identifying hazards and recommending corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver HSE training programmes for employees and contractors.
• Investigate incidents, accidents and near‑misses, document findings and propose preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to embed safety best practices.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive HSE documentation and reports.
• Promote a strong safety culture through active communication and participation.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or candidate with a strong interest in health, safety and environment.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work on‑site in a fast‑paced construction environment.
• Excellent communication skills for delivering training and reporting.
