HSE Superintendent – Dabaa

About the role
The HSE Superintendent will support the HSE Manager in maintaining health, safety and environmental compliance across the site. This role involves conducting regular audits, managing HSE staff, and ensuring that all safety procedures and emergency plans are effectively implemented.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the HSE Manager in meeting client HSE requirements.
- Supervise HSE and medical personnel and report on their performance.
- Participate in pre‑job planning and client meetings.
- Update HSE statistical and trending data.
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and enforce compliant HSE and emergency response plans.
- Deliver HSE training and presentations to employees.
- Evaluate subcontractor HSE performance.
- Maintain and analyse HSE statistics and trends.
- Provide data for monthly HSE reporting and handle special departmental assignments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles.
- Good command of the English language.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
