HSE Supervisor – Safety & Environmental Management

About the role

The HSE Supervisor will provide technical support for health, safety and environmental (HSE) systems within a manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with international standards and fostering a culture of safety.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure risk controls are applied, documented and continuously improved.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures, legal standards and ISO 45001/ISO 14001 requirements.
• Improve emergency response readiness and overall safety KPIs.
• Reduce chemical hazards, support food‑safety interactions and promote safe operations for all workers.
• Maintain certification, audit readiness and support ISO audits and documentation.
• Enhance worker safety knowledge, behavior and employee engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, occupational safety or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HSE experience in manufacturing, preferably in the food or FMCG sector.
• Relevant HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA or ISO‑related qualifications are preferred.
