HSES Systems Controller Officer

About the role

The HSES Systems Controller Officer ensures reliable performance of health, safety, environment and security (HSES) systems at the Sukari gold mine. The role focuses on accurate incident data capture, software implementation, and delivering actionable insights through Power BI dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Capture, validate and maintain incident, hazard and event data in EVOTIX, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Cleanse raw data, resolve quality issues and preserve audit trails.
• Integrate HSES data with SAP for purchase requisitions, preventive maintenance and reservations.
• Design, build and update interactive Power BI dashboards for HSES performance monitoring.
• Prepare daily notifications, monthly performance reports, investigation data packs and leadership dashboards.
• Support quarterly risk reviews with investigation performance analysis.
• Track corrective actions, issue overdue notifications and follow up with owners.
• Provide user training, technical guidance and troubleshooting for EVOTIX and related systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• Experience with HSES data management, incident reporting and safety systems.
• Proven ability to work with SAP and integrate data across platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data integrity and audit readiness.
