Human Resource Business Partner

About the role

Adamco Pharm, a fast‑growing international pharmaceutical holding in Egypt, is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to support its Commercial Department. The role will embed HR expertise within the sales organization, driving people‑related initiatives that enable commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR partner for the Egypt commercial team, translating commercial objectives into people actions.
• Participate in manpower planning with the Head of Sales and Head of HR, monitoring workforce structure, span of control and deployment effectiveness.
• Own the performance‑management cycle for the commercial population, including goal setting, mid‑year and year‑end reviews, and corrective actions.
• Coach line and district managers on performance discussions, documentation and corrective‑action management.
• Manage employee‑relations matters, identify high performers, critical roles and retention risks, and propose engagement and retention actions.
• Track attrition trends and recommend data‑driven interventions.
• Identify, justify and prioritize recruitment needs for commercial roles and partner with Talent Acquisition for execution.
• Participate in interviews for critical commercial positions and act as the business focal point for HR operations.
