Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

SuperPark, an indoor activity park expanding to Egypt, is looking for a full‑time Human Resources Coordinator to join its team in 6 October City. The role supports daily HR operations, ensuring smooth employee relations, benefits administration and compliance with local labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Administer employee benefits and handle related inquiries.
• Support recruitment processes, from posting vacancies to onboarding new hires.
• Assist in delivering training programs and development initiatives.
• Address employee questions, resolve concerns and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labour regulations and internal HR policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
• Knowledge of benefits administration and employee relations.
• Familiarity with Egyptian labour laws is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills.
