About the role

RED IN Developments is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to lead people operations for its growing real‑estate portfolio in Obour City. The role blends strategic HR policy management with hands‑on recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with Egyptian labour law while supporting a dynamic workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage HR policies aligned with company strategy.
• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle and design onboarding experiences.
• Oversee benefits administration and ensure strict compliance with Egyptian labour regulations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain accurate employee records and optimise HR workflows using HRIS tools.

Required profile

• Mandatory experience in real‑estate development.
• Proven track record in HR management, policy implementation, and benefits administration.
• Deep understanding of real‑estate industry cycles.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labour law and compliance standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
