About the role
The Human Resources Generalist will support a range of HR functions while ensuring strict compliance with applicable labor laws. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth HR operations and handling specific customer‑related investigations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day HR activities, including employee records and documentation.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with Egyptian Labor Law and internal policies.
- Handle customer operations related to connections and investigations, providing timely support and resolution.
- Facilitate communication between employees, management, and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Solid knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law.
- Experience handling customer operations related to connections and investigations.
- Excellent communication skills.
