About the role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join a leading pharmacy group in Tanta. The role involves managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to termination, while ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Conduct new‑hire orientation, onboarding, and employee termination procedures.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and personnel affairs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance and leave for headquarters and branch locations.
- Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
- Build strong relationships with managers to support their HR needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience as an HR Generalist or HR Officer.
- Strong knowledge of personnel affairs and recruitment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Residency in Gharbia Governorate, preferably Tanta, is preferred.
