Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, high-energy Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function for a fast-moving real-estate development company in Obour, Egypt. The role will partner with senior leadership to shape talent strategy, design commission-driven compensation, and build a high-performance culture across corporate offices and project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for specialised real-estate roles, including senior sales directors, property consultants, engineers and project managers.
• Design, optimise and manage commission structures, KPIs and sales incentive plans in collaboration with the commercial team.
• Partner with executives on strategic HR planning, manpower forecasting and budget alignment.
• Develop and deliver onboarding, training and retention programmes tailored to real-estate professionals.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that bridges corporate and site teams.
• Oversee personnel administration, payroll review, social insurance and ensure compliance with Egyptian labour law.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field; HR certifications (SHRM, PHR, HR Diploma) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in real-estate development or brokerage, with a strong network of commercial and technical talent in Egypt.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Deep understanding of real-estate market dynamics, compensation trends and commission-based structures.
