Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR activities for a growing textile company in Shubra El Kheima, Egypt. The role combines strategic HR planning with day‑to‑day employee support in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
• Develop, update and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations, fostering a positive and compliant workplace.
• Oversee performance review cycles and support managers in talent development.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labour law and internal policies.
• Organise training programmes and employee development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Prior experience in the textile or garment industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using HR information systems (HRIS) – a plus.
