Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will manage the full employment lifecycle, from recruitment through onboarding and ongoing personnel administration. This role ensures a smooth experience for new hires and supports alumni engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Recruitment: post job advertisements, screen CVs, conduct preliminary phone assessments, and schedule candidate interviews.
• On‑boarding: welcome new employees, conduct campus tours, introduce them to team members, and provide essential policies, access cards, email accounts, and passwords.
• Career Center: maintain accurate alumni records, respond to inquiries, organize alumni events, and coordinate with internal departments to enhance alumni programs.
• Personnel administration: handle personnel issues, gather and file new‑hire paperwork, and manage employment contracts.
• Attendance: calculate and record monthly attendance data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in HR functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
