Human Resources Specialist

About the role

Join Hilton’s vibrant Hotels team in Luxor as a Human Resources Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for employees, candidates and visitors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming HR experience every day.

Key responsibilities

• Answer employee, candidate and visitor inquiries in person or by phone with clear, professional communication.
• Provide accurate information, distribute forms and direct individuals to the appropriate HR resources.
• Escalate complex employee‑relations issues, such as complaints or harassment allegations, to the HR Manager promptly.
• Monitor and verify time‑keeping, meal‑break and attendance records for accuracy and compliance.
• Process payroll, act as liaison between staff, managers and payroll, and resolve payroll‑related questions.
• Maintain personnel files, prepare disciplinary notices, process Personnel Action Forms, and keep new‑hire and termination records up to date.
• Draft and distribute HR communications, including memos, newsletters and flyers.
• Support HR programs and projects by scheduling meetings, preparing materials, conducting research and tracking timelines.
• Keep employee and applicant notice boards current and compliant.
• Safeguard confidentiality of all employee information and ensure records meet company policies and regulations.

Required profile

• No specific qualifications required.
• At least one month of relevant experience.
