Human Resources Supervisor – Hospitality

About the role

Join a Great Place to Work® certified hotel as a Human Resources Supervisor, where you will help shape a positive, inclusive and high‑performing workplace for all colleagues. You will support HR operations, employee relations, talent initiatives and engagement while ensuring compliance with IHG standards and Egyptian labour law.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding and colleague engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate, confidential HR records and documentation.
• Coordinate employee‑relations activities and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
• Assist with compensation, benefits, attendance and leave administration.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, company policies and IHG standards.
• Partner with department leaders on workforce planning and staffing needs.
• Organise training programmes, recognition activities and employee‑engagement events.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain data for business decisions.
• Support performance‑management and people‑development processes.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Good knowledge of Egyptian labour law, recruitment, employee relations and investigations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Ability to conduct fair, confidential investigations and resolve issues professionally.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, approachable and committed to a positive colleague experience.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
• Collaborative team player thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
