HVAC Maintenance Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an HVAC Maintenance Engineer to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning systems. You will play a key part in keeping our facilities running smoothly while complying with industry standards and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment to guarantee reliable performance.
• Monitor system metrics, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions before breakdowns occur.
• Diagnose and repair problems in chillers, air handling units (AHUs), ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
• Optimize HVAC efficiency by adjusting controls, calibrating components, and maintaining proper airflow and temperature settings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in HVAC system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Professional certification in HVAC maintenance or energy management is a plus.
