Identity & Access Management Senior Associate (ETIC)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Identity and Access Management (IAM) practice within the ETIC line of service. You will be responsible for securing access to systems and data for employees and clients by designing, implementing, and governing IAM solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage Entra ID tenants across the organization.
• Configure and maintain Entra ID security settings, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Implement and manage Privileged Identity Management (PIM) for critical systems.
• Define and enforce conditional access policies to protect corporate resources.
• Maintain security groups, dynamic groups, and role‑based access control (RBAC) in Entra ID.
• Collaborate with security and IT teams to integrate IAM solutions.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of IAM configurations.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for IAM‑related issues.
• Document IAM processes, configurations, and workflows.
• Automate IAM workflows using DevOps tools such as GitHub, Terraform, and Azure Pipelines.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience setting up and managing Entra ID tenants.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID security configurations, including MFA and identity protection policies.
• Experience configuring Privileged Identity Management and conditional access.
• Familiarity with security groups, dynamic groups, and RBAC concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with security, IT, and DevOps teams.
