Identity and Access Management - Senior Associate

About the role

PwC's cybersecurity practice protects organizations from cyber threats through advanced technologies and strategies, and its identity and access management (IAM) team focuses on securing and efficiently granting access to systems and data for employees and clients. This Senior Associate role covers the design and implementation of strategies to protect sensitive information and manage user identities.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage Entra ID tenants and configure and maintain their security settings in line with internal policies.
• Implement and manage Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and enforce conditional access policies.
• Manage security groups, dynamic groups and role-based access control (RBAC) in Entra ID.
• Audit IAM processes and configurations regularly, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for IAM systems.
• Maintain IAM documentation and stay up to date with IAM and Entra ID developments.
• Use GitHub, Terraform and Azure Pipelines to automate IAM workflows and integrate IAM solutions with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Identity Access Management with Entra ID or similar IAM platforms.
• Familiarity with IAM solutions such as SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock or Okta is a plus.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate or Azure Identity and Access Administrator Associate are highly preferred.

• Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and conditional access configuration.
• Group management and RBAC in Entra ID.
• DevOps tools (GitHub, Terraform, Azure Pipelines) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
