Imaging Operator

About the role

We are seeking an Imaging Operator to join a global leader in IT services and consulting. The role focuses on the accurate and secure preparation of visual (video) files, ensuring they meet technical specifications and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and manipulate video files to meet client specifications and delivery standards.
• Conduct daily workflow checks, identify stuck or failed processes, and resolve or escalate issues.
• Support Customer Service Representatives with file corrections and other production requests.
• Maintain clear records of exceptions, resolutions, and workflow adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement of tools and processes.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in media post‑production, file handling, or digital archiving.
• Secondary education; technical or vocational diploma preferred.
• Experience with fragile or historical materials is a plus.
• Interest in preservation, archiving, or audiovisual heritage.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of video and film formats.
• Understanding of delivery standards for visual media.
