Import & Export Specialist

About the role

LC Waikiki Retail Company is seeking an Import & Export Specialist to manage its international trade operations. You will ensure smooth import and export processes while complying with Egyptian customs regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company’s import and export operations.
• Prepare and follow up on customs‑compliant documents such as proforma invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, etc.
• Communicate with international suppliers and customers.
• Plan logistics processes, including freight quotations, transportation organization, and insurance.
• Stay updated on Egyptian foreign trade regulations.
• Coordinate with banks, customs brokers, and transport companies.
• Conduct market research, pricing analysis, and quotation preparation.
• Handle export declarations and NAFEZA system processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in foreign trade operations.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in Egyptian import‑export procedures.
• Knowledge of NAFEZA, CargoX, and ACID processes.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced work environment.
