Inbound Tour Operator

About the role

Saladino Tours is seeking an experienced Inbound Tour Operator to manage and coordinate travel experiences for visitors arriving in Egypt. The role focuses on handling bookings, working with online travel agencies, and ensuring smooth collaboration with local suppliers. You will be based on‑site in El Mokattam, Cairo.

Key responsibilities

• Process inbound travel bookings and manage reservations through OTA platforms.
• Coordinate with local hotels, guides, and service providers to fulfill client itineraries.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and supplier agreements.
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
• Monitor OTA performance and update product listings as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience as an Inbound Tour Operator.
• Hands‑on experience with GetYourGuide and Viator platforms.
• Strong knowledge of inbound travel operations and supplier coordination.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
