Information Technology Manager

About the role

The Information Technology Manager will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for safeguarding our information assets while ensuring that technology solutions, especially Odoo, align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute roadmaps for IT infrastructure and digital transformation.
• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive security strategies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus solutions, and access controls.
• Lead IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality targets.
• Oversee the implementation, integration, and optimization of Odoo across the organization.
• Customize Odoo modules to meet specific business requirements and streamline workflows.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Maintain high availability and performance of all infrastructure components.
• Evaluate, select, and deploy appropriate servers, storage, networking, and security technologies.
• Document procedures, scripts, and standards to support data governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience in IT management or operations.
• 2‑3 years of proven experience driving digital transformation and managing Odoo implementations.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and infrastructure design.
