Infra/Security Manager – Cloud Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infra/Security Manager to join our team. This hands‑on role requires an individual with extensive infrastructure and security expertise, capable of independently handling complex technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with global teams (UK, US, AU, etc.) to ensure effective project delivery on scope, time, quality, and budget.
• Manage the backlog of unresolved items, including NIS compliance, infrastructure changes, technical debt, and improvements.
• Take ownership of issues from initial contact through resolution, collaborating with PwC teams and departments such as NIS and Edge development.
• Work largely independently under direction from the Edge Infrastructure team, coordinating across regions.
• Act as second‑in‑command for Edge Infrastructure Management, providing backup support for the lead manager.
• Implement and advocate for industry best practices in Cloud and DevOps, adapting tools and processes to business needs.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and senior team members, fostering professional growth.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure and Security roles.
• Practical experience deploying applications and managing large‑scale cloud‑based web applications.
• Experience operating web applications in production environments with a focus on security and compliance.
