Inside Medical Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Inside Medical Sales Representative to join our team. The role focuses on contacting potential patients, presenting our clinic’s services, and converting inquiries into booked appointments, all while meeting clear monthly booking and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Contact leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, WhatsApp, and call inquiries.
• Explain clinic services, treatment plans, and available offers professionally.
• Identify patient needs and recommend suitable services.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and follow up until booking is completed.
• Handle objections, build trust, and achieve monthly booking and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with reception and clinic teams regarding appointment availability.
• Reschedule patients who missed appointments and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Submit daily and weekly sales performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Agriculture or related field.
• Experience in telesales, inside sales, medical sales, or call‑center sales is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Target‑oriented with a proven ability to achieve KPIs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking interactions.
