About the role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join dopay’s fintech team. In this telesales position you will turn marketing‑generated leads into satisfied clients by understanding their needs, guiding them through the signing process and closing deals.
Key responsibilities
- Call and qualify leads provided by the marketing team.
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email and messaging to nurture relationships.
- Guide prospects through each step of the signing process and collect required documents.
- Maintain accurate interaction and sales records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Required profile
- Proven B2B telesales experience, preferably in fintech or finance.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service practices.
- Familiarity with CRM software and record‑keeping systems.
- Excellent communication, persuasion and rapport‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
