Instock Manager – Amazon NOW

About the role

Join the MENA A‑Now team to build a new grocery business from the ground up. As an Instock Manager you will own inventory health, drive forecasting, and partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure optimal stock levels and flawless execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily inventory health metrics, accuracy, and shrinkage monitoring.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce excess and aged inventory.
• Implement and maintain inventory control processes and standard operating procedures.
• Analyze historical data, create demand forecasts, and recommend order quantities.
• Monitor key performance indicators and report trends for continuous improvement.
• Partner with operations, transportation, and procurement to align planning and execution.
• Escalate and resolve inventory‑related issues across networks.
• Lead projects to improve in‑stock performance and drive process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management or project management.
• 5+ years of advanced Excel experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, data science, economics, engineering, computer science).
• Experience working with complex data sets.
