Instructor Recruiter

About the role

Nafham is seeking an Instructor Recruiter to lead the full recruitment cycle for qualified teachers and tutors across its learning platforms. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and onboarding instructional talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish job ads on recruitment platforms and social media.
• Source qualified instructor candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential instructors.
• Conduct screening interviews to evaluate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Recommend candidates based on hiring criteria and coordinate the hiring process.
• Send and collect signed employment agreements and verify required documentation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Meet monthly hiring targets while adhering to service level agreements.
• Prepare weekly recruitment reports and update hiring progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience; experience in the education sector is a plus.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
