Instructor Recruiter

About the role

The Instructor Recruiter will manage the end‑to‑end hiring process for teaching talent at Nafham, a leading online learning platform serving Egypt, the Gulf region and international curricula. You will source, assess and onboard qualified instructors while ensuring a smooth candidate experience and meeting monthly hiring targets.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media.
• Source instructor candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting and other channels.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Contact prospects, schedule and conduct screening interviews via phone or video.
• Evaluate candidates against hiring criteria and recommend suitable instructors.
• Manage the offer process, send employment agreements and collect required documentation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records and weekly progress reports.
• Ensure all recruitment activities meet defined service‑level agreements and monthly hiring targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of recruitment experience; experience in the education sector is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
