Insurance Sales Agent

We are looking for an enthusiastic Insurance Sales Agent to join Chubb’s team in Zagazig. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, meeting sales targets and building lasting client relationships within the insurance sector. Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers to expand the client pipeline through prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets on a regular basis, tracking performance against goals.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients, providing tailored insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Sales experience is a plus, preferably in insurance or banking; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
