Integration Developer (MuleSoft Expert) - Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is hiring a Senior Associate Integration Developer (MuleSoft expert) in its Advisory line of service in Cairo. The role sits within the software and product innovation team, which develops software solutions and drives digital transformation for clients. As a Senior Associate you work in a team of problem solvers, helping turn complex business issues into concrete solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and document business and system analysis, such as user stories, processes and diagrams
• Take part in presales activities: customer presentations, requirement collection and discovery
• Act as a workstream lead and manage a project team, supervising progress and quality of the solution
• Create secure, scalable and manageable designs and implement enterprise integrations using the MuleSoft product suite
• Review and suggest improvements to existing architecture and systems
• Design and build integration between on-premises and cloud-hosted systems
• Scope and estimate project tasks and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision

Required profile

• 4-7 years of general working experience
• Extensive hands-on MuleSoft experience with Mule ESB, Anypoint Studio and Mule API Management
• Ability to act as a MuleSoft specialist
• Experience with JMS, WS-*, SOA/Integration and API Management technologies
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns (message routing, enrichment, filtering, transformation, guaranteed delivery, sequencing, batch processing, error handling and reconciliation)
• Experience with commercial integration systems such as Tibco, BizTalk, IBM, Boomi, WebMethods and Oracle ESB
• Hands-on development in XML technologies (XML, DTD, XSD, XSLT, XQuery, XPath) and in SOAP and REST services
• Ability to analyse large and complex data quantitatively and qualitatively
