Integration Support Engineer

About the role

Vodafone is looking for an Integration Support Engineer to join the operations team. You will help design, implement and maintain scalable systems, automate routine tasks and ensure the health of critical services.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor system performance, availability and capacity, proactively identifying issues.
• Implement and maintain monitoring tools and frameworks to collect metrics and analyse trends.
• Participate in on‑call rotations to provide 24/7 incident response.
• Investigate incidents, apply preventive measures and contribute to post‑mortem analysis.
• Automate repetitive processes using scripts, tools and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Develop and maintain deployment scripts, configurations and tooling for TIBCO BusinessWorks, RedHat OpenShift, Elastic Stack and Ansible.
• Identify bottlenecks, conduct load testing and capacity planning.
• Document system configurations, processes and troubleshooting steps.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Strong foundation in computer science and software engineering principles.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix system administration and networking.
• Basic programming/scripting skills (Python, Bash or PowerShell).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate across teams.
