Interior Designer (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Interior Designer to develop functional, aesthetically appealing interior spaces that meet client requirements and brand standards. The role involves concept development through to execution, working closely with architects, engineers, suppliers, and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and space‑planning solutions.
• Create layout plans, furniture arrangements, and presentation materials.
• Produce detailed technical, construction, and shop drawings with specifications.
• Generate high‑quality 3D visualizations and renderings for client presentations.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fabrics, colors, and accessories.
• Prepare FF&E specifications and documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers throughout project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, and mock‑ups for adherence to design intent.
• Ensure projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional interior design experience, preferably in residential, commercial, retail, or workplace projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, technical drawings, and completed projects.
• Knowledge of local building codes, accessibility standards, and fire safety regulations.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
