Intern Partnerships & Lead Development

About the role

KoraStats is seeking a proactive Partnerships & Lead Development Intern to support outreach, research, and lead management across African and international football markets. You will help build relationships with federations, academies, NGOs, and other stakeholders while maintaining CRM data and coordinating partnership activities.

Key responsibilities

• Research football federations, academies, NGOs and development organisations.
• Identify and organise contacts of key decision‑makers.
• Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and phone.
• Support coordination of partnership and introductory meetings.
• Manage and qualify inbound website enquiries.
• Maintain CRM records and produce outreach tracking reports.
• Prepare lead qualification summaries and follow‑up updates.
• Assist the Partnerships and Business Development teams with research and coordination tasks.

Required profile

• Strong interest in football and sports development.
• Excellent English written communication.
• Strong research, organisational and independent‑working abilities.
• Preferred proficiency in French; additional languages such as Arabic, Portuguese or Spanish are a plus.
• Interest in African football ecosystems, sports technology or football analytics.
