Internal Audit Manager

About the role

The Internal Audit Manager will lead the development and execution of risk‑based audit plans across the Beltone Group. This role ensures that the organization’s risk register is continuously updated and that audit findings are reported to senior leadership and the audit committee.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Internal Audit in creating a risk‑based audit plan and obtaining approval from the audit committee.
• Conduct risk assessments for each department and design audit scopes accordingly.
• Present the annual internal audit plan to the Group CEO, Chairman, and audit committee.
• Develop and maintain internal audit procedures that reflect best practices and address identified risks.
• Lead audit engagements, including kickoff meetings, documentation requests, fieldwork, and report drafting.
• Negotiate audit findings with department heads and agree on remediation timelines.
• Report audit results and action plans to the executive and audit committees.
• Update the risk register based on feedback from senior leadership.
• Prepare semi‑annual AML reports for the FRA and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal audit, risk management, or related financial control functions.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as FRA and AML reporting.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to senior executives.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and drive remediation actions.
