Internal Audit Supervisor

About the role

The Internal Audit Supervisor will lead financial, operational, compliance and performance audits for a leading Egyptian manufacturer of security and architectural hardware. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures risks are identified, internal controls are effective and continuous improvement is driven across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate organisational risks and contribute to the annual audit plan.
• Conduct financial, operational, performance and compliance audits.
• Review processes, procedures, documents and supporting audit evidence.
• Document audit findings, risks and recommendations.
• Prepare audit working papers, summary reports and management presentations.
• Communicate audit results through clear written reports.
• Coach and guide internal audit staff.
• Support the preparation and execution of the annual audit plan.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a Faculty of Commerce.
• 6–10 years of experience in internal auditing, accounting or business analysis.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, audit procedures and report preparation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in 10th of Ramadan City.
